INFORMATIVE NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER
INFORMATIVE NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/ 2003
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (herein after Harmonized Text) and in relation to the personal data which the office will collect, we inform you about the following:
Produzione Privata...will process the personal data provided by the Customer to purchase Products of Produzione Privata online (herein after “Products”), in compliance with the provision on personal data protection and mainly in electronic form. Processing will include operations or the complex of operations (e.g.: collection, registration, organisation, storage, elaboration, disclosure, editing, selection, use, deletion, destruction), concerning the personal data provided by the Customer when filling out and transmitting online, the Product Purchase Order.
In particular, the aforementioned processing is carried out:
1 to fulfil any obligations set forth by law and/or regulations (e.g. tax and accounting obligations), inter-group reports, internal auditing;
2 to manage and execute the contract potentially stipulated between Produzione Privata and the Customer;
3 to fulfil the obligations set forth and related to the contract, such as for example and not limitedly to: execution of transport and post-sale assistance services to customers.
With regards to the scopes indicated in points 1), 2) e 3), the conferment of data, even if optional, is required for the execution of the online purchase service and a potential refusal to confer said data will prevent Produzione Privata to render the service. It is not required to acquire the Client's consent to process data for the scopes indicated in points 1), 2) and 3).
The data will be mostly accessed by the operators in charge of the post-sales services of Produzione Privata for the proper execution of the aforementioned activities.
Moreover, the data can be exclusively disclosed to Produzione Privata’s suppliers for the execution of the activities entrusted to them, who render services related or functional to the aforementioned scopes, such as in particular, companies that render IT services, including hosting services, firms that offer sales services in favour of Produzione Privata (e.g. data entry, transport and delivery). These subjects mainly operate as data processors of Produzione Privata.
The Customer’s data cannot otherwise be disclosed or shared with third parties.
The Customer’s data will be stored for the time strictly required to execute the activities indicated in points 1), 2) and 3).
The Data controller is Produzione Privata, via Varese 15, Milan (MI). With regards to the processed data, the Customer is entitled at any time, to exercise the rights acknowledged by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and in particular, among others, to obtain a copy of the processed data, its updating, correction or integration, deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in breach with laws, and to object its processing for legitimate reasons.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, write to Produzione Privata, attention Data Processor, domiciled for purposes of his office at the premises of Produzione Privata.
- Purpose of data collection
The personal information provided by users are used only to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The refusal to provide data will make it impossible to get the newsletter service.
- Arrangements for the processing of data
The collected data are processed by computer.
- The owner of the data
The owner of the data collected is Michele De Lucchi, who has an office in aMDL, via Varese 15, Milan.
The processing of data connected to the newsletter service take place at the offices of the study aMDL and are cared for by staff of the Office of Production Private.
- Responsible for processing
In case of need, for activities related to the maintenance of the technological part of the site, the data related to the newsletter service can be processed by Pico De Lucchi responsible for processing the data.
- Rights of the concerned
Those whose personal data refer to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data).
For the purposes of this Article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
