NATURAL BEECH WITH THE SEAT PANEL IN GREY LEATHER

“Tradition is not the cult of ashes, but the custody of fire”.
(Gustav Mahler)

A very traditional chair, inspired by the work of the chair-makers of Friuli, the “cjadreâr”. Their craft was practised during the winter, when the land was unproductive and farm labourers doubled as itinerant artisans offering their services from town to town. The variety of chairs produced in wood, straw and other scrap materials is incredible. This chair, in solid beech, is made with and without arms, to adapt to different parts of the home or office.
The seat panel is upholstered in grey leather.
