Description
“Once upon a time there was a piece of firewood. It was not an expensive piece of wood. Far from it. Just a common block of firewood”.
(Carlo Collodi, The Adventures of Pinocchio, 1881)
This table harks back to the cast irons of the belle époque, but is made of wood using contemporary processing technologies allowing what was impossible at that time. It comprises two pairs of feet, four legs likewise paired, and a round top.
It is crafted in oak heartwood and treated with natural oil.
